Maria is a lawyer with a strong background in Media and Entertainment Law, Music Rights, Technology, and Data Protection. She brings extensive experience in intellectual property, corporate governance, digital contracts, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions and privacy frameworks.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws in Private Law from Saint Joseph University (USJ) and dual Master’s degrees in Arbitration & Alternative Dispute Resolution (Paris II – Assas & Lebanese University) and in Legal and Diplomatic Careers (Lebanese University).
Maria is currently on assignment by Maalouf, Abi Younes & Tohme Law Firm (MAT) as Legal Counsel to Omnicom Media Group, covering the MENA region.
